Send in a photo of the damage and a description of the damage.
The photo shows which material is needed to prepare the material in advance in order to restore your luxury decoration as quickly as possible.
You can submit the damage report using the form below or send an email to email@example.com
You will then receive further information and a return label. When the repair has been carried out, you will receive another photo before the decoration is on its way back to you.
The damage report is only possible in the event of damage. You cannot send a consignment back to us via the route because you no longer like it or for similar reasons.
Should it be evident from the damage pictures that the damage was caused by your own violence.
There is no entitlement to the repair service. The repair service can only be carried out if you send us pictures of the damage.
